Key Holder (multiple locations)


Reports to: Store Manager/Assistant Manager

The Key Holder is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store when the ASM or SM are not there. They properly and efficiently open and close the store, and give clear direction when managing & leading the sales floor. 


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus; always seeking ways to improve client service, solve problems, and build strong relationships
  • Lead the sales floor – be the one that Associates look to for guidance on how to succeed
  • Maintain a cool, clean, and energetic store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including but not limited to cash handling and deposits 
  • Work with the Sales Associates to problem solve customer issues
  • Manage and oversee Sales Associates to ensure tasks are being completed efficiently and effectively
  • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.


  • Previous experience in retail leadership 
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Be a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help teams succeed
  • Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, communication and the ability to positively influence team members
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
