Holiday 2021 Policy Updates

Items purchased November 1st to November 25th: Can be exchanged for store credit until January 15th

Items purchased November 26th (Black Friday) to December 25th: Can be returned or exchanged until January 31st
We will not honor any price adjustments to past purchases due to promotions or sales events.
Please note: returns or exchanges will not be accepted if tags are removed or if the item shows any sign of wear/wash. All items must be in new unworn condition.


USPS has already announced delays for the Holiday Season. We recommend:
-Shopping early this year
-Choosing local pick up for your order 
-Purchasing Route package protection

Please know that due to the global pandemic, supplier backlogs and USPS delays, we are experiencing longer wait times for fulfilling and shipping of orders, and longer wait times on restocking of certain items.

To avoid lost/stolen packages we highly recommend using our Route package protection, this will ensure if your package is lost or stolen they will replace it or refund you. It is not the responsibility of Arch Apparel once the item leaves our facility.

Recommended USPS send-by dates for expected delivery before December 25:

Contiguous U.S.:
December 15th- USPS Ground Service / First Class (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) 
December 18th- USPS Priority (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) 

Alaska & Hawaii:
December 2nd

We recommend shopping early this year to ensure your packages arrive on time or doing local pick up if possible

Do you have a retail store in St. Louis?

How does your sizing work?

Generally most of our items are unisex sizing.

For men our items run
true to size, and for females we recommend to size down one.

All cropped items and high neck tanks are in female sizing.

However - not all items are the same- In the event that we notice sizing 'runs small' or 'runs large', we will note it in the product description!

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Once you place an order with us you should receive a confirmation email
saying that your order has been placed.

If you can’t see it - check your spam folder! They often get lost in there.

If you’ve checked your inbox and your spam folder and still can’t find a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via email at and let us know so we can help you out!

In-store returns/exchanges

Please have your original order number or receipt with you. Items must be new with tags, or have some form of manufacturing fault.

We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment within 30
days of purchase.

If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the customer will receive store credit.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if tags are removed.

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:please email for a free return shipping label.

Please include your full name, order number, state which item/s you wish you return, and the reason for returning/exchanging.

Refunds/exchanges will be processed upon our reciept of the original item.

Please note that additional
shipping charges may apply.

Local Pick-up info

When can I pick up my order?

Once completing your checkout online you will receive a confirmation
that your order has been placed.

From here it can still take 1-5 business days to be fulfilled.

Once your order is packaged and ready to be picked up, you will receive a fulfillment email.

This fulfillment email indicates your order is ready to be picked up from the store you selected at checkout.

Can someone else collect my order for me?

If you would like someone else to pick up your order please provide them with your first and last name, and the order number.

You order number can be found on your confirmation email.

What is your local pick-up policy

Arch Apparel offers customers the option to order online and pick-up

You will receive an email to notify you when your order is
ready to be picked up.

Once a fulfillment notification email has been sent, you will have 60 days to pick up your order.

If an order exceeds 60 days, it will be restocked without refund to the customer.

How long will my order take to ship?

We have a small but hard working team fulfilling orders.

Orders generally take 1-5 business days to be fulfilled and between 2-5 days to be shipped if you chose standard domestic shipping.

If you urgently need an item shipped for a special occasion, let us know in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate!

Estimated shipping times are:

USA: 3-7 business days
 Canada: 7-10 business days 
World: 10-20 business days
