Sales Associate (multiple locations)
OPEN POSITION: SALES ASSOCIATE (12-28 hrs) (BRENTWOOD, DOWNTOWN, STREETS OF ST. CHARLES)
Our Sales Associates work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend merchandise. Associates will assist with opening and closing procedures and general duties such as cleaning, replenishing, re-merchandising and doing inventory counts. To be a successful associate, you must stay up-to-date on trends and merchandise and upkeep of the store's visual appearance.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist customers both in store and over phone with excellent customer service
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner
- Maintain knowledge of all products
- Replenish sales floor as needed or directed
- Assist in POS processes such as ringing out, returns and exchanges, taking payment, etc..
- Assist in receiving merchandise shipments
- Assist in tagging and back stocking merchandise shipments
- Assist in floorsets and re-merchandising as needed or directed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work nights, weekends, & Holidays
- Self motivated & Dependable
- Interest in clothing, fashion, shopping
- Basic math skills
- Team player
