Do you do custom orders?
We are not a screen printer and we do not do custom orders, sorry.
Do you have a retail store in St. Louis?
Yes we do! We now officially have our very own brick and mortar store located at 2335 South Hanley Rd in Brentwood, Missouri! We’d love to have you in so please come say hi and check out the store! Also, what better way to make sure you get the best fitting clothes and the newest styles than trying them on yourself in-store!
When will my order be ready? (Local Pick Up)
Once completing your checkout online you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. This indicated the order has been placed in our system. From here it can still take 1-5 business days to be fulfilled.
We try our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible but due to still being a small business, this 1-5 business day window allows us to ensure all pieces of your order are in-stock, accounted for and ready to be picked up by you.
As soon as your order is fulfilled we will send you an email to notify you it is ready to be picked up. If you haven't received a confirmation email about your order being fulfilled, we can't guarantee that it will be ready for you to collect from the store.
If you would like someone else to pick up your order please provide them with your first and last name, and order number that can be found on your confirmation email.
When will my order be ready? (Shipped)
Orders take 1-5 business days to be fulfilled. Once fulfilled they then take an estimated 3-5 business days to get delivered if you chose standard domestic shipping. For info regarding international deliveries please refer to our shipping policies at the bottom of this page!
What if I don't get a confirmation email?
Once you place an order with us you should receive a confirmation email saying that your order has been placed. If you can’t see it - check your spam folder! They often get lost in there. If you’ve checked your inbox and your spam folder and still can’t find a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via email at email@example.com and let us know so we can help you out!
If an item is not available in-store am I able to purchase the item/s online?
The warehouse that holds our stock is actually in the same building as our retail store so if we don't have something in-store it unfortunately means that it is sold out and also won't be available online.
HOWEVER, depending on the style, we may be taking pre-orders for items online so make sure to ask one of our retail associates if this is an option!
We also have an option to receive an email when a sold out item is re-stocked. Doing this notifies us that there is interest in the item and this can often directly affect our decision to re-stock and item. This means that if you want to see more of an item - make sure to add your email to the waitlist!
What about sizing info?
Generally most of our items are unisex sizing. For men our items run true to size, and for females we recommend to size down one.
All cropped items and high neck tanks are in female sizing.
However - not all items are the same- In the event that we notice sizing 'runs small' or 'runs large', we will note it on the product description!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yep! Any order over $60 ships for free.
Local Pick Up Policy
Arch Apparel offers customers the option to order online and pick-up in-store. You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. Once a fulfillment notification email has been sent, you will have 60 days to pick up your order. If an order exceeds 60 days, it will be restocked without refund to the customer.
Orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days of confirmation. Shipping times begin after your order is fulfilled.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
How long will my order take?
USA: 3-7 business days Canada: 7-10 business days World: 10-20 business days
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the customer will receive store credit. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if tags are removed.
For in-store returns and exchanges please have your original order number or receipt with you. Items must be new with tags, or have some form of manufacturing fault.
For online returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a free return shipping label. For online exchanges, please email email@example.com for a free return shipping label, however, please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
For defective items as a result of a manufacturing fault, we will replace your item if it is in stock in your size. If we are unable to replace your item, you may exchange for one of equal or lesser value with remaining amount given as store credit.
